Visit our micro distillery and gin school in the heart of Stornoway and take part in a hands-on experience to distil your own bottle of gin on our traditional copper mini pot stills.
You'll start your course with our full gin tasting experience, where you will also learn about the key botanicals that we use in gin.
After this you will learn how to build a flavour profile for your own gin, and our distiller will guide you to design your own unique recipe from our choice of over 50 botanicals.
Next, you'll weigh out and distill your recipe on one of our mini stills, to create a full size 70cl bottle of your gin to take home, and then hand label and finish your bottle.
Your 3 hour Gin School for 2 experience includes:
- A welcome Landfall G&T
- Our full guided gin tasting experience
- Design and distill your own unique gin
- A full size 70CL bottle of your gin to take home
- Option to re-order your own unique recipe gin in the future
- A £5 voucher each for use against a full size bottle of Landfall in our shop (only 1 voucher can be used against each bottle)
- Drivers option with soft drink on arrival and 5cl mini bottles of Landfall and premium tonic to take home instead of alcoholic samples during gin tasting.*
*You must advise us 24 hours in advance to change an attendee to driving or not driving as we pour the measures for the gin tasting in advance of you arriving to give you the smoothest experience while you are with us.
You must be over the age of 18 to attend this experience. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, you may be asked for government issued ID to confirm your age. If you are not able to provide us with appropriate proof of age, you may be denied attendance at the gin school, and no refund will be provided. Please contact us before booking if you have a. query regarding acceptable forms of ID.
Bookings for our gin school are non-refundable. Changes can be made up to 7 days before your course date. Changes requested with less than 7 days notice will not be permitted unless we can re-sell your space on the course.
